These Battle Pass Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Battle Pass offered through JumpTime.io (the “Game”). By applying for the Battle Pass you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
For 5,000 gems you receive a bundle of 50 Battle Pass levels. As you pass each milestone level you unlock a reward — such as Gold, a Rare or Legendary Chest, an exclusive or limited-edition skin, an emote or a clan booster. A new Battle Pass runs each calendar month, and the reward track may change when the month resets. Gems are a virtual in-game currency, have no monetary or cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.
The levels you buy and their milestone rewards are credited instantly to your in-game account and inventory once your purchase is confirmed. Rewards are delivered as in-game items, have no cash value and are non-transferable. The specific rewards on the track may change between updates.
You may buy another bundle of 50 levels at any time for the same price to continue unlocking further rewards. Each purchase is separate.
To get the Battle Pass, you submit an application with the username and e-mail address associated with your Game account. Applications are reviewed and activated manually. The price is deducted from your in-game gem balance when your levels are credited. You must hold a sufficient gem balance at the time of activation; if you do not, your application may be declined. The username and e-mail you provide are used only to process your purchase and to contact you about it.
You must have a valid Game account to take part. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse, limit or cancel any purchase, including where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms or the Game’s terms of service.
The price is non-refundable once the levels have been credited, except where we are unable to deliver them, in which case the gems will be returned to your account.
We may change the price, the number of levels, the rewards or the availability of the Battle Pass at any time. These Terms operate in addition to the Game’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
