These Tournament Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in tournaments offered through JumpTime.io (the “Game”). By applying for a tournament you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
Tournaments are offered in three tiers. Entry is paid using in-game gems:
Gems are a virtual currency, have no monetary or cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.
To enter, you submit an application with the username and e-mail address associated with your Game account. Entries are reviewed and confirmed manually. The entry fee is reserved and deducted from your in-game gem balance when your place is confirmed. You must hold a sufficient gem balance at the time of confirmation; if you do not, your application may be declined.
Tournaments run on a recurring schedule (currently twice each day). Your confirmed entry is placed in the next available tournament. The username and e-mail you provide are used only to process your entry and to contact you about it.
You must have a valid Game account to take part. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse, limit or cancel any entry, including where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms or the Game’s terms of service.
All tiers compete together on a single shared leaderboard. Your entry tier sets a reward multiplier, so at the same rank a higher tier earns proportionally larger rewards than a lower one.
Prizes are awarded to top-ranking participants as described for each tournament. Prizes are delivered as in-game rewards, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Prize structures may vary between tournaments.
Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been confirmed, except where a tournament is cancelled by us before it begins, in which case the entry gems will be returned to your account.
The use of cheats, bots, exploits or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification without refund and further action on your account.
We may add, modify, suspend or cancel tournaments, schedules, entry fees and prizes at any time. These Terms operate in addition to the Game’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
