These VIP Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern VIP membership offered through JumpTime.io (the “Game”). By applying for VIP membership you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
VIP membership costs 6,000 gems and lasts for 30 days. Gems are a virtual in-game currency, have no monetary or cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.
VIP membership does not renew automatically. You may apply again at any time; purchasing additional membership extends your VIP period, including beyond 30 days, by adding to any remaining time.
To subscribe, you submit an application with the username and e-mail address associated with your Game account. Applications are reviewed and activated manually. The price is deducted from your in-game gem balance when your membership is activated. You must hold a sufficient gem balance at the time of activation; if you do not, your application may be declined. The username and e-mail you provide are used only to process your membership and to contact you about it.
VIP membership includes benefits such as ad-free play, extra Gold and Gems on every game, a VIP profile badge and a free daily Rare Chest. The exact benefits are described in the Game and may be adjusted, added to or removed over time.
You must have a valid Game account to subscribe. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse, limit or cancel any membership, including where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms or the Game’s terms of service.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership has been activated, except where we are unable to provide the membership, in which case the gems will be returned to your account.
We may change the price, duration, benefits or availability of VIP membership at any time. These Terms operate in addition to the Game’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
